Please be advised, we coach to the material provided in the time allotted for your appointment. We are unable to give credits for unused time. If you are uncertain how much time is needed for your specific material, please reach out before scheduling.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment. If you are trying to cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment, please contact Michelle directly.
We cannot offer refunds for appointments that are changed within 12 hours of their scheduled time.
Reschedule (No fee)
Click Change/Cancel Appointment in your initial confirmation email.
Click Reschedule.
Choose a new date and time.
Click Reschedule.
You’ll be directed to a confirmation page and receive an email with the your new details.
Cancel
Click Change/Cancel Appointment in your initial confirmation email.
Click Cancel.
Click Yes, cancel appointment.
You’ll be directed to a confirmation page and receive an email with the confirmation of your cancellation.
